Yesterday (Sept. 8) the comedian swapped out his former profile photo for a Solana Monkey Business NFT which has been picked up quite frequently in the past few weeks. The NFT images in question include 5,000 cartoonish, pixelated monkeys that are generated randomly. As one of the most popular cryptocurrencies, Solana continues to climb to the top with a value in price that started at $37 last month and is now up to $197 as of yesterday, reports Decrypt. The surge in value is accredited to recent drops on the Solana platform which include Aurory and Degenerate Ape Academy.
