“Love Is Blind” is the most recent and popular series among Netflix’s reality-show kick. The series shows the process of blindly finding your partner for life, proving that you can practice social distancing and look for love all at the same time. The positive response to the show definitely pushed Netflix to roll out more content for fans to look forward to.
“It’s been incredible to see Netflix members everywhere respond to the raw, authentic stories of real people and real stakes,” said Brandon Riegg, Netflix’s vice president of nonfiction series and comedy specials.
“We pride ourselves on creating a favorite show for any taste, and we’re thrilled fans embraced all of these series with such enthusiasm and shared passion. We look forward to sparking more joy for our members.”
Another fan-favorite among the bunch is “Rhythm + Flow” which has changed the way we look at music-competition shows. The limited series walks viewers through the process of not just finding musical talent, but tomorrow’s next big star.
The show brought a lot of eyes to winner D-Smoke who’s seen much success in his short time in the industry. He helped break the news of season two announcing that auditions are now underway.
If you’re interested in auditioning, you can actually do so from home.
The new batch of reality shows from Netflix have become increasingly addictive for viewers and have all stirred up a huge frenzy on social media. Reality shows have remained in high-demand across multiple cable networks for years and now the trend continues as it makes its way to streaming platforms.
Netflix has been doing its part to bring people together during this difficult time, even adding a new feature to their platform to enhance the viewing experience for families and friends. Platforms like Netflix show how successful they can be when they listen to what viewers want to see.
